Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

We do not refund or accept returns on orders.

We only accept exchange for size i.e. you can opt for another size in the same night suit you purchased. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, you can contact us at hello@pmtoam.in. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

You will need to bear the courier cost of shipping it to us. We will bear the cost of sending it back. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on the sale items or gift cards.
